What is HIMbody?
HIMbody (Health In Mind and body) is a new online resource created for everyone - with a focus on men - to help manage and improve their mental health and well-being.
Mental and physical health play an integral role together, hence the name. Without focusing on our physical health, we won't be able to maintain mental well-being.
Reaching out for mental health support as a man is often extremely difficult. HIMbody's phase 2 (launching soon) will use an innovative, personalized approach which will individually assess then recommend products, services, and resources for improving mental well-being for all men. Also available now are resources, posts and general product & service recommendations.
